Find out who the other three members of your team are! We use a team formation formula similar to top VC accelerator programs and vetted by running the EIR program for over four years.

July 8th - Program Kickoff
Key People: Will Rush - CEO of Jetson

How the EIR program started, our goals for you, how to use this program to accelerate your career and highlight real alumni outcomes. Then we will end with a few program logistics and a program wide social activity.
July 10th - Private Session w/ Meagan Loyst
Key People: Meagan Loyst - Founder of Gen-Z VCs
Attendees: Everyone
Meagan is the Founder of Gen-Z VCs, has 250K+ followers, and is a member of the Forbes 30 Under 30 list. Meagan will be talking about working in VC & how VC funding works + open Q&A.
July 8-14 - Team Coach Meeting 1/5
Key People: VC-backed Founder

You will be paired with a VC-backed Founder/CEO who will meet with you to coach you through the program. Coaches are all full-time founders of their own successful companies so we are honored to have their time! Session 1 will include getting to know your coach, goal setting and talking through Week 1 objectives.
July 11 - Engineering Session 1/4
Key People: Natalie Young - CTO/Co-Founder of Jetson
Attendees: Software Engineers only
Each teams software developer will join this tactical walkthrough with Natalie, Jetson CTO. She will walk through how to make early technical decisions with product development as well as share some essential tips on getting started on your MVP. There will also be plenty of time for open Q&A or specific product questions.
July 8-14 - Team Jam Session
Attendees: Your team only
You will schedule a team meeting based on each team members' availability at least once per week. This will serve as a progress check in on the past weeks objectives (based on your track) as well as a strategy session to outline next week's objectives.

July 18th - Private Session w/ Aaron Spivak
Key People: Aaron Spivak - Founder/CEO of Hugh Blankets

Aaron is the Founder of Hush Blankets, which he sold for $40 Million. He is a member of the Forbes 30 Under 30 list. and has been featured in the New York Times and many other publications. He will share his story and have time for open Q&A.

Karl is the #2 creator at Mr. Beast with over 5 million followers. He has been featured at the Nickelodeon Teen Choice Awards and works side by side with the most followed creator on planet earth, Mr. Beast. He rarely does private sessions.

Tom is the founder of Chat & JT Go Deep with over 1 million followers. He has a series on Netflix and has had a running segment on NBC as well as guest appeared on Ellen, the Late Night Show, Howard Stern and many others.

July 6th - Pitch Like a CEO Workshop

Will has raised millions of dollars from top VCs pre-product. He won the pitch event of the second largest accelerator in the US as well as various other prestigious pitch events resulting in over 200 inbound introduction requests from VCs. In this session he will share the playbook for how to win an investor room - you won't want to miss it.
August 5-9 - Team Coach Meeting 5/5

Session 5 with your team coach will include each team member walking through their deliverables for week 4 objectives as well as preparing for the final pitch. Your coach will help make sure you are ready for demo day.
August 5-9 - Final Team Jam Session

Your team will check in on progress from week 4, debrief your coach meeting and prepare for the final pitch / demo day.
August 8th - Final Pitch / Demo Day
Key People: Venture Capital Investors and Angels

During demo day you will have the opportunity to pitch your business to a panel of VC and angel investors. They will provide you with comprehensive feedback as well as award three teams with top prizes.
End of Program - Add 'EIR' to Your Resume
You will now have a new top experience to boast on your resume. It will highlight all of the work you have done for the past 5 weeks and include many of the experiences tech companies and other top talent recruiters look for in new talent such as working with emerging technology, founding your own business, self-learning, failure, resilience and pitching to venture investors.
